Who actually ships my order?
The brand ships directly to you. We place the order with them, hold your payment, and only pay them once you confirm the parcel arrived.
What happens if it never arrives?
Open a claim from your order page while the funds are still in escrow. If the claim is upheld, the full amount is refunded to your Escrow Wallet, and you can withdraw it or spend it again.
When is the brand paid?
When you press "I received my order", or automatically 7 days after delivery if you have not opened a claim.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $100 of products per order, before the escrow fee. You can mix brands to reach it.
