These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Grey Markets (“GM”, “we”, “us”) and every purchase made through it. By creating an account, browsing the marketplace or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding the products listed here.

2. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics or supplements, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not for human or animal consumption. 3. How the marketplace works

Products on GM are supplied by independent vendors (“brands”). When you order, you pay GM. We hold your payment in escrow, purchase the product from the brand on your behalf, and the brand ships directly to you. We release payment to the brand only after delivery is confirmed, as described in our Escrow & Refund Policy.

4. Prices and fees

Prices are set in US dollars. An escrow & service fee of 8% (minimum $10.00) is shown as its own line at checkout before you pay. Network fees for crypto withdrawals are shown before you confirm a withdrawal.

5. Payments and the Escrow Wallet

We accept cryptocurrency and, where offered, other payment rails. You may pre-fund an Escrow Wallet. Wallet balances are held by GM on your behalf, are denominated in USD at the rate applied when a deposit is confirmed, do not earn interest, and may be withdrawn subject to our review, minimums and fees. Crypto transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for sending funds to the correct address on the correct network and for providing a correct withdrawal address.

6. Your account

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may require additional verification before approving withdrawals and may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, sanctions violations or misuse of the platform.

7. Claims and disputes

If an order is not delivered, arrives damaged or is not as described, open a claim from your order page before releasing payment. We review claims fairly and in good faith; our decision on how escrowed funds are released or refunded is final within the platform.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use GM to resell products for human consumption, to launder money, to evade sanctions, to scrape the site, or to interfere with its security or operation.

9. Limitation of liability

GM acts as an escrow intermediary and marketplace. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Brands are responsible for the products they supply.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
